LocatED will be taking on degree students for work experience, giving them an opportunity to understand the workings of the organisation and the property industry. Applications for this work experience are now open and will close on 10 June.

This opportunity is open to students studying for a degree in real estate or a property-related field, and will run from 17 June to 28 June.

Throughout the placement, students shadow various teams at LocatED and get involved in a range of tasks. In some placements, students will also be assigned a project that forms the main focus of their time with us. This is why our work experience programme is a great way to learn transferable skills that form a vital foundation for any career path, including:

• An introduction into the working world, workplace behaviours and expectations
• How to work collaboratively
• How to communicate effectively, including impactful presentations and reporting
• The opportunity to learn processes and procedures
• Understanding the wider property market and the work of our Acquisitions, Technical and Planning, Asset Management, and Development Teams.

All work experience is unpaid, although LocatED will reimburse any business-related expenses, including the cost of travelling to and from the office, and provide lunch.
