Main Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the team with feasibility studies, planning assessments and masterplans for complex sites
  • Assisting in managing the delivery of projects, including attendance at site inspections, progress meetings and cost reviews
  • Contributing to the preparation of committee reports seeking decisions, tracking progress and managing risks of projects.

Skills & Experience required:

  • A background in property development and a Chartered Surveyor qualification (MRICS)
  • Experience working on the delivery of complex development projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively
  • A strategic mindset and a passion for innovation in the education sector
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
