Main Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the team with feasibility studies, planning assessments and masterplans for complex sites
  • Helping to prepare outline budgets, development strategies and carrying out planning pre-application work
  • Providing general estate management advice to schools, Local Authorities and other responsible bodies
  • Identifying creative options for alternative use of parts of school buildings or school sites, to maximise value and help schools achieve their objectives.

Skills & Experience required:

  • A background in property development and a Chartered Surveyor qualification (MRICS)
  • Experience advising on complex development projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively
  • A strategic mindset and a passion for innovation in the education sector
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadline.
