Biography

Robert leads LocatED’s Asset Management function and, since LocatED’s inception, has built and grown an integrated team with deep and specific skills across a broad range of property areas to provide expert advice and management across the DfE’s managed property portfolio. This varied portfolio spans England and responsibility includes oversight and delivery of FM and property management as well as more strategic asset management. Robert is a graduate engineer (BSc), chartered surveyor (MRICS), chartered financial analyst (CFA) and holds an MBA. Previously he has also worked internationally in the Middle East and Africa and across property, industry and finance.
