Biography

Matt is a chartered surveyor and works nationally in the delivery of property advice to the Department for Education and the state-funded education sector. This includes schools and further education colleges. Previously Matt led regional acquisitions for LocatED between north London and the midlands. Having worked in the industry for 20 years he has extensive experience in agency, mixed-use, commercial and residential development consultancy.
