Senior Asset Manager

£50,000 - £66,700

Drive the provision of an integrated Asset Management service so that the value of the portfolio is protected and enhanced. Specifically, this includes:
• Ensuring portfolio properties are statutory compliant and secure though suitable Facilities Management (FM) arrangements.
• Driving value through optimising costs and ensuring value for money through the supply chain
• Increasing portfolio value and revenue enhancement from active asset management of commercial leases and wider entrepreneurial and commercial initiatives and “out of the box thinking”.
• Engaging strongly with the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA).
• Delivering the above with an entrepreneurial, proactive and “can do” approach.

Project Accountant (Part-time)

£31,800 - £36,400 (Pro rata)

Part-time (20 hours) (London/home-based)
The project accountant will provide management accounting, forecasting support. They will also provide financial accounting and payment support in conjunction with the DfE shared service who will provide transactional support. All of this will be required to support LocatED’s overall delivery on behalf of the Education Skills Funding Agency. This includes working closely with the shared services team within DfE who will be providing transactional finance service.
